We unconditionally guarantee every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with a blank or spindle, for any reason, we will find a way to make it right for you.

Of course, wood is a natural product, so there is a great deal of variation from one piece to the next. You're going to see knots, burling, wormholes, flaming and irregular grain. Most wood turners value these characteristics. It’s what makes each piece unique.

Even when a piece of wood is unsatisfactory for one project, it can almost always be used for another.

We will replace or refund the unsatisfactory product. As long as we have inventory to replace the unsatisfactory blank, it's your choice.

We will ship out a replacement product as soon as we receive your returned shipment. If you need a replacement shipped immediately, that can be secured with a refundable deposit.

Return Shipping
While we guarantee our product, return shipping and packaging is your responsibility. We know it’s expensive to ship the wood back to us. That’s why, when something isn't right, we'd rather work with you to resolve the problem, rather than have you return the product to us.

Return Authorization
Authorization is required for all returns. Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. Please understand that we cannot accept returns without a prior Return Authorization.
